7-day refund, no hoops

If "The Real Estate Exam Playbook" isn't what you hoped it would be, email bzcruzzz05@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout and we'll refund you in full — to your original payment method, no questions, no forms, no store credit. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 7 days

Past the 7-day window, we will still issue a full refund in these cases:

• Duplicate purchase — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
• Defective or inaccessible file — you cannot download or open the ebook and we are unable to fix the issue or deliver a working copy within 72 hours of you contacting us.
• Unauthorized transaction — a purchase was made from your payment method without your authorization (may require verification with the payment provider).

What this policy is not

The refund is satisfaction-based, not outcome-based. It is not a "pass guarantee" — no study material can guarantee an exam result, and whether you pass or fail your exam does not affect (and is not required for) your refund eligibility within the 7-day window. The Product is an educational study aid; it is not professional advice and is not affiliated with PSI, Pearson VUE, or any state commission.
