By purchasing or accessing "The Real Estate Exam Playbook" (the "Product"), a digital ebook sold by Playbook Press ("we," "us," or the "Seller") through this page, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Product.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Product.
The Product is a digital ebook (two PDF files: the 96-page playbook and the Exam-Hard 150 companion simulation) delivered electronically immediately after successful payment, via a download page and the email address you provide at checkout. No physical item will be shipped.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the Product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the Product available to others, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All content, illustrations, and branding remain the intellectual property of the Seller.
The Product is an educational study aid provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by PSI, Pearson VUE, any state real-estate commission, or any testing provider or school, and it is not a state-approved pre-licensing course — it does not replace or count toward any pre-licensing education requirement. Exam content, passing scores, and licensing requirements vary by state and change over time; your state's candidate bulletin is the authoritative source. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, and no score, licensing, income, or career outcome is promised. Practice questions are original study material written to be harder than exam level; they are not actual exam questions.
You are solely responsible for verifying your own state's licensing requirements, exam registration procedures, and deadlines with your state's real-estate commission and testing vendor, and for your own study and exam performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Product. In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, displayed on this page — including a 7-day full refund on request.
We may update the Product or these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
